There is no cost to ship within Canada and the USA.
For purchases being shipped outside of Canada there may be import fees involved to receive your product. This cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you would like to make a purchase from a country not listed please email us your address to see about getting our product to you.
All orders will be processed for shipment within two business days.
Your order must be placed before 12pm PST to be shipped within the two business day schedule.
If a shipping day falls on a Canadian statutory holiday, it will be shipped on the following business day.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
All our products are shipped from British Columbia, Canada.
These are estimates of delivery times once orders are shipped:
1. within Canada 3-5 business days
2. within the USA 5-7 business days
3. International orders depending on the country should take between 2-3 weeks
Any orders outside of Canada may be longer than the time stated above if the respective country's customs office holds package for inspection. Please be aware of this potential delay for orders outside of Canada.
